I was honored to take part in the 50th Anniversary celebrations of the Pakistan Christian Welfare Society, Islamabad, a milestone that reflects five decades of unwavering commitment to social welfare, community uplift, and humanitarian service.
The Golden Jubilee event brought together prominent community leaders, visionaries, and advocates who have dedicated their lives to serving others. I was privileged to be in the company of His Grace Archbishop Dr. Joseph Arshad, Archbishop of the Islamabad–Rawalpindi Diocese, and Senator Khalil Tahir Sandhu, along with other distinguished guests whose voices and actions continue to inspire positive change in society.
This memorable gathering was not only a celebration of past achievements, but also a reaffirmation of our shared commitment to justice, compassion, and the dignity of every individual. For fifty remarkable years, the Pakistan Christian Welfare Society has worked tirelessly for education, health, social protection, and the advancement of marginalized communities — and its impact is visible in countless transformed lives.
Congratulations to the Society on reaching this historic milestone. May this legacy of service continue to grow, and may the next fifty years bring even greater progress, unity, and hope for our community and our nation.
